1. Eligibility
The Whiskey Warmer Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Birch Road Travel Company and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.
The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor
The Contest is sponsored by Birch Road Travel Company, located at

Franklin, Tennessee 37064.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on March 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM Central Time and ends on March 28, 2026 at 8:00 PM Central Time (the "Contest Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

On-Site
This method of entry will be available at the Whiskey Warmer event in Franklin, Tennessee on March 28, 2026.
Online
This method of entry will be available by visiting the Birch Road Travel contest page and following the directions provided to complete and submit the entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.
Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Prize Drawing
On or about March 28, 2026, the Sponsor will select a potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email on or about March 29, 2026.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email, mail, or phone.
The potential winner may be required to complete and electronically sign a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of notification in order to claim the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to submit the required documentation within the required timeframe, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate drawingsmay be conducted.
The prize will be fulfilled approximately 1-2 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest, if winner is not present to receive.
8. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a LUGGEX Aluminum Zipperless Carry-On Suitcase.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be provided except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
9. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention, or other technical problem, or if the Contest cannot run as planned for any other reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may either:
a) Suspend the Contest to address the impairment and resume it in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or
b) Terminate the Contest and award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received prior to termination.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from any claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.
This includes but is not limited to:
Entrants waive the right to claim damages of any kind, including punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
11. Dispute
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Tennessee.
All issues concerning the Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
By submitting an entry and providing an email address, entrants agree to receive email communications from Birch Road Travel Company, including travel inspiration, updates, promotions, and other marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
Birch Road Travel Company respects your privacy. Personal information collected through this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and for communications from Birch Road Travel Company. Sponsor will never sell, rent, or trade entrants’ personal information or email addresses to any third party.
